Announcing: Grand Designs

We've covered some basics and now each group is ready to try their
hand at designing!

The first group will be creating an 8x8 blanket square pattern from
stitch dictionaries. Please bring pencil and paper to work out your
pattern. If you have access to pattern guides, feel free to bring a
stitch pattern that you like.

Brand new knitters are still welcome and we will have time during open
knitting to go over the basics.

As always, first group, please bring easy care worsted weight yarn and
4.5 mm needles.

In the second group, Keith will be teaching a palindrome cable. This
is a reversible cable that is great for scarves and hats. Please bring
4.5 mm needles and easy care, worsted weight yarn. For our show and
tell, we will begin gathering ideas for our sweater project. Bring
patterns or pictures of elements you like in a sweater.
